Situated at the eastern end of Slough High Street, the Museum is open Wednesday to Saturday 11.30-4pm and is FREE. There are two exhibition galleries celebrating Slough’s past, present and future as well as a research and activity room where you can get your ‘hands-on’ the collections.
The museum is run by a friendly team of paid staff, volunteers and Trustees, all of whom are committed to preserving the fascinating history of Slough and its people. They are here to help you explore your own past within this ever-developing town and ensure that visitors to the area see what Slough really has to offer.
Slough Museum is an independent, registered Museum as well as a charity and company with limited liability. Regular grants from Slough Borough Council, a number of local and national organisations and the generosity of local people keep the museum open and the collections safe for future generations. Thank you for your support.
